# สามารถเรียกคืน Point จาก Wallet ของผู้ใช้งาน กลับเข้าสู่ Company Point ได้หรือไม่? ทำอย่างไร?

ทำได้ โดยวิธีการ Recall Point

เป็นวิธีการเรียกคืน Point จาก Wallet ของผู้ใช้งาน เลือกทำรายการได้ผ่าน 2 กรณี

1. Employees Resign พนักงานลาออก ใส่รายละเอียด Title \* (หัวข้อ) และ Description \* (คำอธิบาย) > Type (ประเภท): Employees Resign > Resigned Period (เลือกช่วงเวลาลาออก ข้อมูลจะเชื่อมกับสถานะของผู้ใช้งานในเมนู Employee) ระบบจะแสดงรายชื่อผู้ใช้งานที่มีสถานะ Resign ในช่วงวันดังกล่าว > ใส่จำนวน Point ที่ต้องการเรียกคืน ตรวจสอบข้อมูลและกด Submit เพื่อทำรายการ
2. Other สำหรับกรณีอื่น สามารถเลือกทำรายการผ่าน Group \* (กลุ่ม) > เลือก Employee \* รายชื่อผู้ที่อยู่ในกลุ่ม > กดเครื่องหมาย + เพื่อเพิ่มชื่อ หรือกด All เพื่อเลือกผู้ใช้งานทั้งหมดในกลุ่ม > ใส่จำนวน Point ที่ต้องการ Recall Points > เรียบร้อยแล้วกด Submit ได้เลย<br>

หรือทำรายการผ่านการเลือกผู้ใช้งานรายคน ให้เลือก Employee \* (พนักงาน) > กดเครื่องหมาย + เพื่อเพิ่มชื่อ หรือกด All เพื่อเลือกผู้ใช้งานทั้งหมดในระบบ > ใส่จำนวน Point ที่ต้องการ Recall Points > เรียบร้อยแล้วกด Submit ได้เลย

สามารถตรวจสอบการทำรายการ Recall Point ได้ที่เมนู Well Point > Transactions
