# สามารถดูสถานะ บทสนทนา ได้อย่างไร?

Tips: แอดมินเฉพาะที่มีสิทธิ์เข้าถึงเมนู จึงจะกดดูบทสนทนาที่มีอยู่ในระบบได้ ! สามารถกำหนดสิทธิ์เข้าถึงของแอดมินได้

สามารถดูสถานะได้จากเมนู Questions จะอยู่ในคอลัมภ์ Status และแอดมิน กด Export บทสนทนาได้ที่เมนู Questions โดยเลือกบทสนทนาที่ต้องการ ไปที่ Action และกด เลือก Export
